Can my group bring ATVs, side-by-sides, golf carts...?
No, we do not allow the use of ATVs, side-by-sides, golf carts, or any other similar vehicles on Timberlake property. All of our facilities are within a reasonable walking distance of each other, and for those who are handicapped or disabled, all of our facilities are accessible by car or truck.
How many acres does timberlake have?
Timberlake currently sits on about 420 acres of land. The campus holds our facilities, our 50-acre lake, and land for additional facilities in the future.
my group is bringing coolers, is there an ice machine available?
There is an ice machine on site, however due to high demand of ice and to ensure we have enough to serve at meals, we will bag and sell ice to groups for $2 a bag.

No, we mainly rent our facilities to churches, ministries, businesses, schools, and similar organizations. We do not rent out our facilities for the above events.
Does timberlake provide linens and towels for groups?
The only linens and towels provided are for those who have booked and are staying in our Speaker Cabins and Hotel Rooms, which are meant for group leaders or similar individuals. For all of our other housing quarters, the Cabins, Retreat Center, and Tree House, we do not provide linens or towels.
Does timberlake still host its own summer camps?
No, we no longer host our own summer camps. We decided to cancel our summer camps due to covid during 2020, and since then decided that the best course of action would be for Timberlake to only rent out our facilities for other groups to use during the summer. We welcome churches and other groups who are wanting to plan and lead their own summer camps and will be happy to provide facilities and lead Timberlake activities as we do with all of our groups.
IS swimming allowed in the lake?
No, we have a zero-tolerance policy for people to swim at the lake at Timberlake. The campground is surrounded by woods, so snakes are common during the warmer month and are dangerous. There is also a possibility of unseen items being in the lake, such as tree trunks and fish hooks which could endanger swimmers. Groups are restricted from swimming in the lake and lifejackets must be worn when individuals are in kayaks or canoes.
Will Timberlake provide meals for those with food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Yes, we do provide allergy-friendly meals for those with food allergies or dietary restrictions. We must know ahead of a group's arrival how many and what kind of special meals we need to provide and we will prepare accordingly.
can groups bring and use slip-and-slides and inflatables at the camp?
No, we do not allow groups to set up and use inflatables and slip-and-slides on Timberlake property.
can groups decorate timberlake facilities for their group's stay?
Groups are allowed to decorate for their stay as the decorations do not damage or potentially damage Timberlake property. If we find that a group has taped items to the wall or doors, installed command strips, put tape on our floor, used nails or screws, or anything similar, groups may be charged a fee for damages and violation of Timberlake rules.
Are pets allowed on campus?
The only animals allowed on campus are legitimate service animals. No other pets are allowed on Timberlake property. Service animals brought to Timberlake must have the correct service animal identification and must be on a leash at all times.
